The processing of personal data is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations of Hungary. If there is any discrepancy between this notice and the law, the law shall prevail.

What we collect

For an order we ask for the data needed for delivery: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and the contents of the cart. This site does not collect or store card details. While you browse, technical information is recorded (IP address, browser type, pages visited) using the cookies described below.

• Transaction and purchase history: order number, payment method, list of purchased products.

Who we share the data with

Courier companies receive the data needed to deliver the package. The payment service provider receives the data needed to process the payment. Hosting and statistics service providers process the data on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Noledo Kft. never sells personal data to third parties. In accordance with Hungarian data protection law and the GDPR, personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and complying with legal obligations.

How long we keep the data

We keep order data for the period required by the accounting law, then delete it. Registration account data remains with us until the account is deleted. Analytical data is stored for 14 months.

Your rights

Noledo Kft. processes personal data in accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.). You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object; you can exercise these rights at [email protected].

Security

In the Noledo Kft. online store, we do not collect bank card data, as payment is made exclusively by cash on delivery or bank transfer. During bank transfer, the payment takes place at the customer's bank, so Noledo Kft. does not handle any card or payment data.
