The goods

Noledo Kft. markets the following under these Terms and Conditions: dietary supplements, capsules and powders containing herbal extracts, vitamin and mineral preparations, and other botanical wellness products that support general daily well-being. The products are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to prevent or treat any condition. The exact composition, quantity and packaging size are listed on the product pages. The images are for illustration purposes, the packaging may differ slightly.

Ordering and contract

Your order is placed when you complete the payment step. We'll email you a confirmation, and the contract takes effect when the items are dispatched. If an item is out of stock or we're unable to verify the details, we may decline the order and refund any amount already paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are given in HUF and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. You can pay using the following methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may correct it before dispatch and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery

The Shipping and payment page provides information about shipping conditions, deadlines and costs. Responsibility for the products passes to you at the moment of delivery.

Product images and colours

The photos are taken of the products we offer. The colors seen on the screen can be affected by the display, the browser and the lighting; a slight color difference is not a defect, so a free return or compensation cannot be requested for this reason. We always list the sizes, materials and package contents on the product page.

Transfer of risk

We are responsible for the integrity of the package until the courier hands it over to you or to a person designated by you. From that point on, the risk of damage or loss is borne by you. If visible shipping damage is present, have it recorded with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return the products within 30 days of receipt according to the instructions on the Returns page. Noledo Kft. is liable for product defects in accordance with the applicable Hungarian civil law. The consumer may enforce their warranty claim within two months of discovering the defect; the liability of the manufacturer and distributor covers the conformity of the product. The statutory warranty does not affect the consumer's rights arising from law and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.

• Individually assembled or personalized products that were made at the customer's express request.
• Products with an expiration date that cannot be returned due to their short shelf life.
• Opened dietary supplements and wellness products cannot be accepted back for health and hygiene reasons.
• Products that, by their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
• Opened digital content or data carriers, if the buyer started the download or use after opening.

Liability

Noledo Kft.'s liability for damages arising from this contract is limited to the purchase price of the product, up to a maximum of 100 USD converted into forints, unless the damage was caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. The limitation of liability does not apply to damage to health, life or physical integrity. Nothing in this policy limits the obligations that the law does not allow to be restricted.

Age and use

To order, you must be at least 18 years old. Use the products according to the instructions on the label; they do not replace medical care.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection. The parties primarily settle disputes amicably; in the absence of such settlement, the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts may be established. If the dispute cannot be resolved through amicable consultation, we may turn to the court of the seller's registered office, but this does not affect the consumer protection rights of the buyer's place of residence.
