Noledo Kft. pays special attention to ensuring that ordered dietary supplements and herbal wellness products arrive intact and under the proper temperature conditions. We carefully hand over each package to our courier partner with protection tailored to the sensitivity of the products, so that neither the packaging nor the contents are damaged during shipping.

Delivery time is counted in business days from dispatch. In hard-to-reach areas, it may take 1-2 days longer.
For orders placed before 14:30 on a business day, dispatch happens the same day. If you order after the deadline, on a weekend, or on a holiday, the package goes to the courier on the next business day. We immediately send the order confirmation with the order number.
We place every tamper-evident bottle or pouch in its original manufacturer packaging, sealed airtight. We secure the inside of the box with bubble wrap and paper filler so the products cannot shift, and we wrap heat-sensitive items in insulating film. We seal the outer box with adhesive tape, and for glass bottles prone to breakage we apply an extra buffer layer.
After the package is handed over to the courier, we send the tracking number by automatic email so you can follow the parcel's journey. The courier also notifies you by SMS and email about the expected delivery date.
If the package tracking shows no change for 5 business days, write to us at [email protected] and provide your order number. We will open an investigation with the courier service and, within 10 business days of your notice, as you request, we will resend the package or refund the full amount.
If the package arrives damaged, please inspect the box in the presence of the courier and, if damaged, have it noted by the carrier. Then send photos of the damaged package and the product to [email protected] within 48 hours, including the order number in the email. Based on the photos, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund, and you do not need to return the damaged product.
Payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online banking details by email or phone.
International shipping is available to selected countries. We show the shipping cost and delivery time for the destination country at checkout before payment. If customs duties apply, they are paid by the recipient.
